Spent $200 on a Marshalltown trowel and it either saved my wrist or ruined my technique
I dropped $200 on one of those Marshalltown Pro-Lite trowels last month, thinking it would fix my hand fatigue after long days. But now I'm wondering if the lighter handle is making me sloppy with my strike-offs. Anyone else tried a high-end trowel and had mixed feelings about it, or did it actually pay off for you?

Feels like you're overthinking a trowel purchase.

But have you guys thought about how the handle shape affects your wrist after a full day of work? I switched from a standard wooden handle to a soft grip one and my carpal tunnel stopped flaring up completely. It's way more important than the blade material if you're tiling more than a couple hours at a time.
