Went to the Boston Public Library book sale and the 'experts' missed the real gems
Everyone was grabbing those fancy leather sets for $80, but I found a 1912 field guide with hand-drawn plant illustrations for $3 and it has better binding work than anything I saw at the modern press booth last weekend, so am I crazy for thinking we overvalue tooled covers and undervalue solid sewing?
