Swapped to book cloth after using cheap craft stuff for 5 years
The difference in how clean the corners sit is night and day. Took me like 4 test covers to figure out the fold tension right, anyone else struggle with that material swap?

Gotta be careful with that book cloth though, the grain direction matters way more than the cheap stuff or it’ll wrinkle on you.

Yeah have you ever tried wetting the cloth just a little before glue up... it kinda relaxes the fibers and helps avoid those weird puckers on the spine.
