I just finished my 100th book and the number hit me

It was a simple quarter leather binding for a friend's poetry. I keep a log in my shop notebook and when I wrote it down, I saw the count. I started binding about five years ago, mostly doing repairs at first. The first twenty or so were pretty rough, but you learn with each one. Has anyone else tracked their work and been surprised by the total?

My shop notebook is full of pressure washing job codes, not books, but I get the feeling. I looked back at my first year's invoices once. The handwriting was terrible and half the codes were wrong. It's a physical record of how bad I was at the whole thing. Seeing that stack now, it's a different kind of surprise.

Did you see that article about how people underestimate their own creative output?

Oh man, @wyatt_ross27, my creative output is basically zero.
