I bought a $150 'professional' bone folder that warped after one project with paste.

It's just a fancy piece of plastic now, so what's a truly durable material for a heavy-use folder?

My old Teflon folder from the craft store is still perfect after like 5 years. Maybe the expensive ones are just overbuilt.

Saw a buddy's fancy folder snap right at the hinge last week. His cheap plastic one from the dollar store is somehow still fine. Makes you wonder.
