Our book club met at a brewery in Austin and the bartender gave us a 20-minute lecture on the 'real' meaning of 'The Old Man and the Sea'.

What if the fish is just a fish? My uncle spent his whole life trying to find deeper meaning in his old job, and it just made him tired. Sometimes a story is just a story.
