Just realized the woman in our Tuesday group has been quoting a book we never picked, and now I feel dumb
We met at the library on 5th last Tuesday to hash out chapters 4 through 6 of our pick, and she kept bringing up a scene with a lighthouse that nobody else could place. After 20 minutes of everyone nodding along I finally pulled out my copy and asked her to find the page, and turns out she'd been reading a different book with a similar title for 3 weeks. So now the group is split on whether to restart with her book or make her catch up on ours, and honestly I'm not sure which one is less awkward. Has anyone had a member read the wrong book this long and how did your group settle it?
