Hit 100 pages of my book club pick and realized we were all wrong about the twist
Our group read this murder mystery for March. Everyone guessed the husband. I pushed through to page 100 last night. Found a tiny detail about the neighbor's alibi that completely flips the ending. Nobody else caught it yet. Has your book club ever had a plot twist that split the group into two camps?

Not sure if this means the book was brilliantly written or just sloppy with the clues. People get really worked up over these things sometimes and it's just a story.

Notice how people zero in on the most obvious suspect then ignore the small details that actually tell the story. It's like in real life where we all jump to blame someone for a mistake without checking the little things first. You guys are about to have a great argument at your next meeting over who actually pays attention.
