I spent $75 on a fancy organizer for Gloomhaven and it actually made setup slower
Honestly, the plastic trays were so fiddly and specific that sorting all the tiny pieces into them added a solid 15 minutes before we could even start playing, so has anyone found a simpler storage fix that actually saves time?

@reese177 you nailed it. Simple fix: grab a cheap ziplock bag system instead of that overpriced tackle box, costs like five bucks and holds everything without the extra bulk.
