Honestly, my group spent 3 hours trying to figure out the rules for that new train game before we gave up and played Catan.
Tbh, the rulebook was so confusing that we had to watch a 45 minute video tutorial online just to get through the setup phase, so has anyone else had a game night completely derailed by a poorly written manual?

Ugh, don't get me started. My sister bought one of those fancy coffee makers with a manual that looked like it was translated through three different languages. We spent an hour trying to figure out what "decalcify the main water holding vessel" meant before we just made instant.

Ever notice how this happens with everything now? I tried to put together a new grill last month and the instructions were just pictures with no words. Felt like a test. Makes you wonder who writes this stuff.
