PSA: watching one show at a time beats juggling three, and my evidence is 6 weeks of chaos
I spent all of March flipping between three different series and could not tell you a single plot point from any of them. Then I sat down and watched one show straight through in 5 nights, and I actually remembered who everyone was. Am I the odd one here, or do you all finish one before starting the next?
That line about not being able to tell a single plot point made me laugh because I have the total opposite setup. I keep two or three shows going on purpose, and for me that keeps each one fresh instead of turning into a blur. When I binge one show straight through, the middle episodes all blend together and by the end I am just waiting for it to be over. Mixing a heavy drama with a dumb comedy means I actually pay more attention to both, since I am not worn out on either one. Your six weeks of chaos might have been the shows you picked, not the juggling itself.
