PSA: I stopped binging whole seasons and now I enjoy shows more, but my roommate says it kills the excitement.

After getting tired from binging, I spread out episodes and found it better, though others think binging is the only way, so what do you think?

Honestly, I'm still on team binge. That slow burn just kills the momentum for me. With a show like Stranger Things, waiting a week between episodes would have ruined the tension. I need to stay in that world, get fully wrapped up in the story. Spacing it out makes me lose interest and forget small details anyway.

My friend used to crush whole seasons in a weekend. Last month she tried just two episodes of that new detective show each night, said she actually remembered the clues and looked forward to it. Honestly, she liked it way better than feeling zoned out after eight episodes.

Oh that's so true with detective shows... you really miss the little clues when you rush. @bethf27, what was the name of that new one? I did the same thing with that sci-fi show last year... watched it all in two days and then couldn't remember half the plot twists.
