My shop's average repair time dropped from 90 minutes to 65 after we switched to a dedicated wheel-truing station last quarter.

Is the time saved worth the floor space it takes up, or should we have just stuck with the bench-mounted stand?

What if you need that space for something else?

Reminds me of when @mila_mitchell helped me move and we had to fit a couch through a tiny door. We got creative with the space!
