My shop's average repair time dropped from 90 minutes to 65 after we switched to a dedicated wheel-truing station last quarter.
Is the time saved worth the floor space it takes up, or should we have just stuck with the bench-mounted stand?

Reminds me of when @mila_mitchell helped me move and we had to fit a couch through a tiny door. We got creative with the space!

Jumped right into that situation myself once with a cheap IKEA sofa that literally would not bend. Me and my buddy spent like 45 minutes twisting it sideways and my arm got stuck between the frame and the wall at one point lmao. By the time we finally shoved it in, the couch had a small tear in the fabric and I had a bruise on my elbow for a week. Definitely learned that sometimes "creative" just means "brute force with extra steps" lol.
