Got 11,000 views on a Tuesday post at 6am, and it was all because of one dumb comment I left
I run a page about cheap home coffee setups, nothing big, maybe 800 followers. Two weeks ago I posted something at 6am on a Tuesday, which everyone says is the worst time to post. It got 11,000 views, which is insane for me because my normal stuff gets like 300. Here is what I did different. I spent 20 minutes before posting leaving real comments on 5 bigger accounts in my niche, not just 'great post' junk but actual questions about their grinders. Three of those accounts replied to me, and two of them ended up liking my post within the first hour. The app saw that early action from real accounts and pushed it to way more people. I tried the same thing the next week and got 4,200 views, so it's not a magic trick but it sure beats posting into the void. Has anyone else noticed that commenting first does more for reach than timing your post?
