Spent 3 hours hunting down why my $12 coupon kept failing at Kroger
The cashier in Aurora finally told me the store stopped taking printed digital coupons from that app back in March, but nobody updated the app's store list. I drove to two other locations and called customer service before figuring it out. Wish they would just put a sign on the door, has anyone else run into a store silently dropping a coupon app?

Had the same thing happen at the Safeway on Main, the app still listed them as a partner but the manager said they cut ties in January and never told anyone. I stood there like an idiot trying three different codes while the line behind me grew.
