I laughed at my mom's coupon binder for 10 years, then she paid $6 for $80 of groceries in Tucson
My mom has carried this ugly purple binder of clipped coupons since I was in middle school, and I used to give her a hard time about it every single trip. Two weeks ago I went with her to the Fry's in Tucson and watched her stack paper coupons with the store app deals and a $10 off reward she'd been sitting on. Total came to $83.47 and she handed the cashier a $5 bill and some change. I just stood there holding my one sad yogurt. Does anyone know if the paper plus app stacking works at other chains, or is this just a Kroger thing?
