Counted 47 cherry tomatoes from one plant this morning

I started with just two tiny seedlings back in April on my 3x5 balcony in Brooklyn, and figured I'd be lucky to get a handful. This morning I actually sat down and counted every single ripe cherry tomato on my 'Sungold' plant and hit 47, which is way more than I expected for such a cramped space. Has anyone else been surprised by how much a single plant can give you when you're working with barely any room?

Tbh my cherry tomato plant is basically running a tiny farming operation out of a 12 inch pot on my fire escape. Ngl I think the plant is secretly mocking me for ever doubting its productivity while I trip over all the stunted basil I've killed. Honestly if my security deposit could just photosynthesize like these tomatoes do I'd have a penthouse by now.

Oh WOW, your tomato plant is LIVING its best life while my basil looks like it's been through a war zone and lost. I have a rosemary bush that's basically a weed, thriving in a cracked mug, sprouting new growth every time I ignore it for weeks. It's like the universe is making sure my gardening ego stays HUMBLE while the easy plants just laugh at my efforts.
