My sister's sourdough lecture made me ditch my bread machine after 5 years
She told me my loaves tasted like 'cardboard with ambition' and spent 20 minutes ranting about wild yeast. I got mad, tried her stretch and fold method for 2 weeks, and now I get why she never used that machine. Anyone else convert from a bread machine to hand mixing and see a real difference?
