My grandma's banana bread recipe finally clicked after 4 tries
My aunt called me last week and said my loaf tasted 'too perfect' and that grandma always left lumps because she never sifted. I stopped sifting and used a fork instead of a mixer, and it came out exactly like I remember from her kitchen in the 90s. Anyone else purposely mess up a recipe to match a memory?
