Honestly, your aunt sounds like she's got a great sense of humor because I'd probably say the same thing if someone handed me a plate of my baking. Ngl, my last cake looked more like it survived a war than a bake-off, craters and all. I tried to frost it smooth but it ended up looking like a bad plaster cast from a volcano. Tbh, if a meteorite hit your cake, at least it's a cool story. I'll trade you my burnt brownies that tasted like charcoal briquettes any day.
