My attempt at a rainbow layer cake for my niece's birthday went so wrong
I tried to bake six separate colored layers, but my oven in the Phoenix heat just couldn't keep up. The red layer baked fine, but by the time I got to purple, the whole thing was a lopsided, slightly burnt mess. Has anyone else had a multi-layer project completely fall apart because of the weather?
