Serious question, does anyone else remember that 2005 Wired article saying we would all be eating bug protein bars by 2015?
I found a print copy at my parents' house in Ohio last weekend with the headline predicting cricket flour would replace peanut butter in every school lunch by 2015, and now I'm stuck arguing with myself about whether that was just clickbait for the magazine era or if the lab grown meat crowd is making the exact same promise with the same timeline.
