I raged at my 2008 flip phone review, but the writer was right about one thing
Dug up an old CNET article from 2008 that trashed the Motorola Razr2 for its battery life, and I used to think that reviewer was clueless since I loved mine. Three weeks ago I tried using it as a backup for a camping trip near Lake Tahoe, and it died in 6 hours with zero signal. Why do we hold onto our nostalgia so hard when the old tech genuinely was worse?
