The guy who 'fixed' my PC then blamed my router for 2 weeks
Tbh, I had a coworker in Austin offer to update my drivers after my rig kept crashing in ranked Valorant. He spent 3 hours changing settings, then told me the real issue was my ISP, but when I swapped in my old GPU it ran fine. Has anyone else dealt with someone who refuses to admit their 'fix' made things worse?

Saw a tech YouTuber cover something like this last week. He said most driver updates are pointless unless you're having a specific issue, and people blame the network when they don't want to admit they messed up the settings. Sounds like your coworker just wanted to look busy.
