A mod on a 200 person Discord asked why I type in all caps and I actually had to sit with that
I have been typing in all caps in chat for about 6 years because it felt faster and more direct. The mod sent me a DM after I posted in the general channel and said my messages were unreadable when scrolling fast, which honestly never crossed my mind. I switched to normal case plus line breaks after that, and three people in the server said they finally started reading my posts instead of skipping them. Has anyone else changed a long time habit like that just because one person bothered to say something?
