Guy in line at the video store in 2009 told me to rent Troll 2 over a new release, and that started a 15-year habit
He just held up the case and said "trust me, it's terrible" with this big grin, so I grabbed it and we watched it at my buddy's place in Lansing that Friday with a pizza and it was the most fun I'd had watching a movie in a while. Now I always keep one total stinker in the queue, so what's the movie that got your group hooked?

Man, that video store guy knew what he was doing. Here's my question though: did you go in hoping for a real scare or did you know it was gonna be a comedy? The first time my group did this we picked a movie everyone swore was scary and we just sat there bored. Troll 2 works because it fails so hard it loops back around, so how do you spot a stinker that's fun-bad versus one that's just plain bad?
