The before and after behind my TV after 2 hours with a $12 roll of velcro straps
I finally tackled the mess behind my TV last Saturday and it took almost 2 hours to sort out. What changed was going from a tangled pile of about 9 cords (HDMI, power, ethernet, the works) into three neat bundles, mostly thanks to a $12 roll of velcro straps from the hardware store on 5th. The big thing was labeling each cord with tape before unplugging anything, which saved me a total headache. Has anyone found a good way to handle the power brick that always ends up dangling?

Did you try screwing the brick to the back of the stand or wall?
