I stopped hiding every cord and now I'm at 14 visible ones, and my desk looks BETTER
Everyone here says the goal is zero visible wires, but I hit 14 cords still showing after redoing my setup in my Dayton apartment two weeks ago. I used to stuff everything into a plastic raceway box and it always looked lumpy and fake. So I ran the power strip up the desk leg with velcro and left the monitor and lamp cables hanging in a neat little curve. Honestly it looks like a workstation instead of a crime scene, and I can swap a cable in 5 seconds. Am I crazy for thinking a few clean drops beat total concealment?
