Warning: the feed store in Reno sold me 6 chicks and 3 turned out to be roosters, now my hens won't lay and my neighbor is mad

Been there... those feed store "pullets" are a gamble every time. Get rid of the roosters first, that's what's stressing your hens out and shutting down the laying. Once they're gone things should calm down in a week or two, and maybe toss your neighbor some eggs once the girls start up again.
