Thought pine shavings in the coop were a waste of money until the smell test changed my mind
Tried the deep litter method after a neighbor in Fort Worth swore by it, and two months later the coop smells like dirt instead of ammonia, so now I want to know if anyone else has gone this long without a full cleanout.
