Wow, 200 eggs is crazy good for three hens! I had a similar jump when I changed my feed. What kind of treats are you giving them alongside the new food? I started adding dried mealworms and black soldier fly larvae as a daily protein boost, and my four girls went from okay output to almost an egg each per day. It made a huge difference after their molt last fall.
