Totally! I see that when people share even small stuff, it builds connections that help everyone feel a little less alone.

Hold up, that's not always true. Sometimes sharing small stuff can feel like a performance. It can make people feel more alone if they think their own small stuff isn't good enough to share. The connection only happens if it feels real, not forced.
