Serious question, has anyone else had their water filter freeze solid on a cold morning in the Rockies?
I was 3 days into a solo trip near Maroon Bells last October when my Sawyer Squeeze turned into a block of ice overnight, forcing me to melt snow for 6 hours to get enough drinking water.

Watched my buddy's filter crack like glass in the Wind Rivers. Had to boil creek water for two days straight.
