That night shift guy on channel 9 changed my mind about old wiring
I used to think if the harness looked fine outside, it was fine. Then I heard this older tech describing a corrosion trail he found inside a boot on a CRJ, barely visible from the outside. Now I actually pull boots back on everything before I sign off. Has anyone else found nasty stuff hiding under perfectly clean sleeving?

Respect the caution but I've never found anything worth the time pulling boots back.
