Spent 11 hours on a flap position disagree that turned out to be one bent pin in a cannon plug under the floorboards
I pulled half the cabin apart looking for a wiring short before my lead walked over, wiggled connector P2, and asked if I'd actually ohmed the pins or just stared at them, so what's your dumbest 'it was one pin the whole time' story?

Nothing like tearing apart a whole plane to find one little pin that didn't want to play nice. Makes you feel real smart when the fix takes thirty seconds after hours of looking dumb.
