Hit 47 cars shipped this month and the number that stopped me cold was 3 canceled pickups
Been running broker loads out of Kansas City for two years and it took me until this month to notice I lose almost every third pickup to guys ghosting after I dispatch the truck, so now I want to know from other brokers if you charge a no-show fee or just eat it.

Ugh, same here. I started charging a small no-show fee upfront.
