Dispatcher in Reno told me to shoot photos of all four corners before the driver shows up
I always just handed over the keys and hoped for the best, but a dispatcher named Carla in Reno talked me into walking the car and snapping all four corners plus the odometer before pickup. Sure enough the truck showed up with a scraped rear bumper on my Civic, and those 6 photos got the claim settled in about 3 weeks instead of a fight. Costs nothing but 5 minutes at the curb, so your mileage may vary depending on the carrier. Does anyone here bother doing a full photo walk or do you just grab a quick shot of the dash?
