Can we talk about how one bad broker quote cost me a $400 deposit and 9 days in Phoenix
Booked a pickup in Phoenix for the 12th, broker promised a truck by the 14th, and it sat in a lot until the 21st while I paid $22 a day for a rental. The quote never said the pickup window was a wish, not a date. Anyone else get burned by a broker who won't put the actual dispatch date in writing?
