Three brake jobs in one Tuesday, all leaking calipers.

I had three cars come in on the same day last week with seized caliper pins, all different makes. Has anyone else hit a weird pattern like that where the same part fails on everything in one shift?

Oh man, that's wild. If you start seeing a ton of the same failed part in one day, check your supplier's batch or call around because it's probably a bad run of parts.

Exactly. I've seen whole pallets of alternators come through with the exact same bearing failure within a week. If everyone's having the same issue from the same supplier around the same time, it's almost always a substandard production run. A quick call to other shops in the area can confirm if it's widespread, and sometimes the supplier will swap the batch for free if you catch it early enough.
