Blew a head gasket on my 2005 Tacoma outside Flagstaff and had to limp it 40 miles home
I was driving back from a camping trip near the San Francisco Peaks when the temp gauge spiked and white smoke started pouring out from under the hood, so I pulled over, let it cool for an hour, then nursed it at 35 mph all the way back to my driveway, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has tried using that Bar's Leak sealer as a temporary fix or if it's just a waste of money.
