Took me a year to figure out why my clear was always a bit soft

I was spraying a black Honda Civic and the clear just wouldn't get hard like it should. My boss, Mike, walked by and asked if I was letting my base flash off long enough. I said yeah, about ten minutes like always. He pointed out that in our humid shop, especially in summer, it needs a solid twenty. I cut the time short for a whole year. Anyone else in a humid area have to adjust their flash times that much?

Totally thought flash times were fixed until I saw @west.alice's post.

Maybe too humid to make paint work. Sounds like user error honestly.
