Took forever to figure out a door alignment issue on a 2018 F-150
Spent three full afternoons chasing a door that would not shut right after a side panel replacement. Turned out the A-pillar was twisted by 3mm from a prior accident I never even thought to check. Has anyone else wasted time on hidden frame tweaks like this?

Honestly, that's the kind of work that nobody outside the shop gets. I spent like two full days straightening a rear tail light panel on an old F-150 that you couldn't even see once the bumper went back on. The owner was just like "it's fine, leave it" but I couldn't let it slide knowing it was off by a hair. Ngl, sometimes you do the most work on the parts people never lay eyes on. That's just the gig.
