Thought I didn't need a paint gun stand until I set my Devilbiss down on a dirty bench
Last month I set my DV1 down on my workbench for just a second to grab a rag and ended up with three tiny lint specs in the clear that I had to sand out. Has anyone else had a near miss like that from just not using a simple stand?

Heard a guy at my local paint supply store say he lost a whole restoration job over the same thing. A tiny piece of grit got into his paint right at the end and he had to redo the whole hood. Just having the paint gun stand would have saved him hours. My harbor freight one cost like twelve bucks and it already paid for itself. Feels like one of those cheap tools that makes you wonder why you didn't buy it sooner.
