Pro tip: never let a customer 'help' with the masking tape
Last week in Akron, a guy insisted on taping his own trim and ended up wrapping the whole passenger door handle like a mummy. Has anyone else had a helper who made more work?

Used to think a little help couldn't hurt. That duct tape story proves some folks just don't get the difference between masking tape and a permanent fix. Now I keep the tape roll out of reach.

Saw a story online where a customer tried to 'save time' by masking their own headlights. They used duct tape, obviously, and it took two hours of goo gone to fix the mess. That kind of help just means you're paying for the job twice, once for their mistake and once to do it right. Some people just cannot be told.
