Overheard a guy at the paint shop saying primers are just a scam
He was dead serious too, but after 20 years in the business I've seen too many peel jobs come back within six months to agree, anyone else run into customers who skip primer and blame you when it flakes off?

My buddy Dave skipped primer on his garage cabinets last year, swore it would save him time, and now the paint is peeling off in sheets like a bad sunburn. He still insists the primer company is in on some conspiracy, which is hilarious.
