Dropped $400 on a new infrared paint curing system and it's been a total headache.

Four hundred bucks for something that doesn't even work right? That's a serious punch to the wallet. Infrared systems are supposed to make things easier, not give you more problems. What kind of headaches are you running into with it? Spending that much on a tool should mean you're done dealing with the hard part.
