What if bypassing the tether switch on a snowmobile saves your ride but risks your safety?
A buddy of mine in Wyoming told me to bypass my 2007 Ski-Doo's tether switch after it kept cutting out on the trail last winter, and it ran fine for two months until my dad borrowed it and nearly ran into a fence when the kill switch failed entirely - so which side are you on, fix the sensor or ditch the whole tether system?

Dad almost turned it into a fence post, bet that was a fun conversation.

Wait, hold on - he almost what? I mean, that is a wild story right there. Was your dad just casually driving posts and decided your teacher was getting in the way? Idk, maybe it's just me but that sounds like a whole lot of explaining to do after class. I bet the teacher didn't even know how close they came to becoming part of the fence line. That must have been one of those moments where you just stare at your dad like "did that seriously just happen?
