Spent a whole Saturday chasing an electrical gremlin on my 2018 Sportsman 570 and it was a 15 cent fuse
Last weekend I was about to head out on the trails near Flagstaff when my Sportsman 570 wouldn't start, just clicking and nothing else. I pulled the battery, cleaned every ground I could reach, swapped the starter relay, and tested the stator, then finally checked the fuses and found the main 15 amp one had a hairline crack you couldn't even see. What's the dumbest thing that turned out to be the whole problem on your machine?
