Blew $130 on a snowmobile carb heater kit, and it actually saved my weekend
I always thought those were a scam for guys who ride in -20 weather, but my 2003 Ski-Doo kept icing up at Togwotee two weekends back and I was ready to head home. Threw the kit on in the lodge parking lot and it fired on the third pull, so now I'm wondering what else I've been too stubborn to try.

Carb heat is the real deal. Had a 600 Rev that would frost the slides solid below zero until I ran a heater on it. Third pull beats the hell out of pulling your guts out at the parking lot. Togwotee will find every weak spot in your sled.
