Walked through Pike Place Market last Sunday and noticed the fish throwers were gone

I used to see them every time I visited but now it's just regular vendors tossing orders behind the counter. Anyone know when they stopped doing the big show for tourists?

Must've cut the budget for showmanship. Guess the flying fish just weren't flying out the door fast enough anymore. Now it's just sad tosses from two feet away. What's next, no more shouting at the market?

What's next, they make you weigh your own fish and bag it in silence? Pretty soon it'll be a self serve cooler with a card reader and zero personality.
